Guidelines for Authors – The Quintessential

The journal welcomes scholarly contributions from a wide array of disciplines, including but not limited to:

  • Health Sciences: Dental Sciences, Nursing, Ayurveda
  • Legal Studies: Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Health Law, Human Rights
  • Social Sciences: Sociology, Political Science, Anthropology, Psychology
  • Education: Curriculum Development, Pedagogy, Educational Policy, E-learning
  • Management: Business Strategy, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship
  • Agriculture: Agronomy, Horticulture, Agricultural Economics, Sustainable Farming
  • Engineering:Original research, technological advancements, and practical applications within various engineering disciplines.

Interdisciplinary and comparative studies are especially encouraged.


 Types of Manuscripts

  • Original Research Article
  • Review Article
  • Case Report / Case Study

  • Book Review (for Law, Education, Social Sciences)
  • Technical Notes / Field Reports (for Agriculture or Health-related fields)
  • Legal Commentary / Legislative Analysis (Law only)

Manuscript Structure


➤ Title Page
  • Manuscript title (clear, informative)
  • Full names of all authors with affiliations
  • Corresponding author with email and ORCID ID (if available)

➤ Abstract
  • Structured (for scientific and applied disciplines: Dental, Nursing, Ayurveda, Agriculture, Management):
    • Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion (150–250 words)
  • Unstructured (for Law, Social Sciences, Education):
    • Summary of the argument, methodology, and key findings (150–250 words)

➤ Keywords
  • 4–6 keywords relevant to the article.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Language: English (British or American – be consistent)
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Spacing: Double-spaced
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Length:
    • Original research: 5000–6000 words
    • Reviews: 6000–7000 words
    • Case studies, legal commentaries: 2500–3000 words
    • Short communications/opinions: 1000–2000 words

Ethical Considerations

  • Plagiarism: Maximum similarity index allowed 10%.
  • Human/Animal Research: Require ethical committee approval and patient consent (for Health/Ayurveda)
  • Conflict of Interest: Must be declared
  • Funding Disclosure: Clearly indicate all sources of funding or grants

    • Manuscript (Word format)
    • Cover letter
    • Declaration of originality
    • Ethical approval (if applicable)
    • Figures/tables (if separate from manuscript)

 

Peer Review Policy

  • Double-blind peer review
  • Review time: 4–6 weeks
  • Authors may be invited to revise and resubmit

 Frequency of Publication

  • Quarterly (March, June, September, December)
  • Accepted articles may be published “Online First” prior to issue compilation

Open Access Policy
