The process begins when an author submits a manuscript to the journal. In the submission, authors must provide their manuscript, along with cover page (which includes title of manuscript, authors details and corresponding author’s details), conflict-of-interest disclosures, and references to previous research or related publications.
Decision regarding acceptance: Authors will receive email regarding acceptance decision of journal for their manuscript after revision of paper.
Proofreading and Copyediting
Once accepted, the manuscript undergoes proofreading and copyediting. This step ensures the manuscript is grammatically sound, consistent, and ready for publication.
Proof Approval: A “proof” of the article (a near-final version) is sent to authors to check for any last-minute errors or formatting issues before publication.
The article is officially published in the journal. This is when the research becomes publicly available to the academic community and sometimes the general public
