- Manuscript Preparation
1.1 General Requirements
– Language: Manuscripts must be written in English.
– Length: Manuscripts should not exceed 8,000 words, including references and appendices. Shorter papers, such as brief reports and commentaries, are also welcome.
– Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or LaTeX (.tex) format.
1.2 Structure
– Title Page:
– Title of the manuscript
– Full names of all authors
– Affiliations and email addresses of all authors
– Corresponding author’s contact information
– Acknowledgments and funding sources
– Abstract:
– A concise summary of the research (150-250 words)
– Include background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
– Keywords: Provide 4-6 keywords that accurately reflect the manuscript’s content.
– Main Text: Organize the manuscript into the following sections:
– Introduction
– Methods
– Results
– Discussion
– Conclusion
– References
1.3 Formatting
– Font and Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced text, and 1-inch margins on all sides.
– Headings: Use APA style for headings and subheadings.
– Figures and Tables:
– Include figures and tables within the text at appropriate locations.
– Number figures and tables consecutively (e.g., Figure 1, Table 1).
– Provide descriptive captions for each figure and table.
– References:
– Use APA (American Psychological Association) 7th edition style for references.
– Example: Ramesh, F.J. (2020). Title of the article. *Journal Name, Volume*(Issue), page numbers. https:// abc.org/xx.xxx/yyyy
- Ethical Considerations
– Ethical Approval: Include a statement confirming that ethical approval was obtained for research involving human or animal subjects.
– Informed Consent: State that informed consent was obtained from all human participants.
– Conflict of Interest: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
- Supplementary Materials
– Supporting Information: Submit any supplementary materials (e.g., datasets, additional figures) as separate files.
- Manuscript Submission
4.1 Initial Submission
– Submission: Submit the manuscript via email
– Cover Letter: Include a cover letter addressing the editor, highlighting the significance of the research and its relevance to the journal.
– Declarations: Provide declarations regarding authorship, originality, ethical considerations, and conflicts of interest.
- Peer Review Process
– Review Process: Manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
– Reviewer Suggestions: Authors may suggest potential reviewers, but the final selection is at the editor’s discretion.
– Revision Requests: Authors will receive reviewer feedback and may be asked to revise their manuscript accordingly.
- Revisions and Resubmission
– Response Letter: Submit a detailed response letter outlining how each reviewer comment was addressed.
– Revised Manuscript: Submit the revised manuscript through email.
- Proofs and Publication
– Proofreading: Authors will receive page proofs for final proofreading and approval.

– Final Approval: After final corrections, authors approve the proofs for publication.
– Publication: The manuscript is published online and/or in print, and the final version is made available to readers.

– Distribution: The journal distributes the published article through its platforms, databases, and indexing services.
– Promotion: Authors and the journal may promote the article through press releases, social media, and academic networks.
– Engagement: Authors are encouraged to engage with the academic community through presentations, discussions, and further research inspired by the published work.
