Prabodh International Journal of Languages and Social Sciences (PIJLSS) is dedicated to the dissemination of high-quality research. This License & Copyright Policy outlines the principles for licensing, distribution, and use of content published in the journal.

1.  Licensing Policy

  • Creative Commons License: All articles published in PIJLSS are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY).
    • Attribution: This license allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work, even commercially, as long as they credit the original creation.
    • Use and Distribution: Authors and users are free to share (copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format) and adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material) the content for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
 

2. Copyright Policy

  • Author Rights: Authors retain the copyright to their work. Upon acceptance for publication, authors grant PIJLSS a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute their article.
  • Author’s Grant to PIJLSS: Authors grant PIJLSS the right to:
    • Publish and distribute the article in print and digital formats.
    • Make the article available on the journal’s website and other distribution channels.
    • Include the article in academic and research repositories.
 

3. Author Responsibilities

  • Original Work: Authors must ensure that their submissions are original works and do not infringe on the copyright of others.
  • Permissions: Authors are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any third-party material included in their articles (e.g., figures, tables, or text).

  • Digital Preservation: PIJLSS ensures the long-term preservation of published articles through partnerships with digital preservation services and institutional repositories.

  • Integrity: All parties involved in the publication process, including authors, reviewers, and editors, must adhere to the highest ethical standards in research and publication as outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
